Selection of UML representatives in 77 wards of Achham
ACHHAM: JAN. 2 – CPN-UML has unanimously elected representatives in 77 out of 91 wards of the district.
The district convention has been decided on by the representatives from Mangalsen Municipality’s 12 wards, Sanfebagar Municipality’s 13 wards, Kamal Bazar Municipality’s 8 wards, and Panchadewal Binayak Municipality’s 6 wards.
According to UML Achham office secretary Lila Raj KC, the decision has been made in 8 wards of Turmakhad, 8 wards of Mellekh, 7 wards of Ramaroshan, 6 wards of Dhakari, 6 wards of Bannigadhi Jayagadh, and 3 wards of Chaurpati.
According to KC, the selection of representatives for the remaining 14 wards is now ongoing and will be completed by tomorrow. The eighth district convention of the CPN-UML Achham starts on Poush 23. (Jan 7).
