Attempt to attack Rajesh Payal while performing in U.S.
An attempt was made to attack singer Rajesh Payal Rai while he was performing in a program to welcome the English New Year in New York, USA.
A young man attempted to hug Rai, who was singing in the program, from behind by approaching the stage and hugging him from behind. Other people quickly removed the young man from the stage. Rai is singing ‘Maile Mayale Diyeko Chino.’ A young man enters the stage about halfway through the song. Rajesh continues to sing to his own tune. The young man grabs Rai’s neck.
The audience in the venue also demands that he continue the song in the video. Someone may be heard saying from the auditorium, ‘Rajesh Sir, he is mad.’ Rajesh becomes confused and continues to sing. But when the person holds it tightly around his neck, it becomes difficult for him to sing. As soon as the other person takes the young man off the stage, Rai continues the singing amidst some inconvenience. Some people may have brain damage, says Rajesh. Some people do this for getting viral.
