Street people get charity

KATHMANDU: DEC. 30 – Lions Club of Kathmandu- Voice of Women has provided charity to street people of different five places of Kathmandu.

The charity includes medicines, clothes and food. According to Voice of Women’s reporting officer Rabishma Rajyalaxmi Shah, the beneficiaries are from Swoyambhu, Kalimati, Balkhu, Mahaboudha and Basantapur areas.

The club was established seven months back and has been providing charity to 100 people from the abovementioned areas once in a week since mid-Sept.
