Grand welcome to national volleyball team [Photos]

KATHMANDU: DEC. 30 – The Nepali national women’s volleyball team has returned home after winning the Asian Central Zone Volleyball title. The team was greeted warmly at Tribhuvan Airport.

Maheshwor Gahatraj, Minister for Youth and Sports, arrived at the airport to greet the team. To greet the players, traditional musical instruments and cultural programs were held at the airport.

The Nepali team was unbeaten in the competition and won the title. Last year, Nepal also won the women’s championship.
