Tottenham and Southampton equal

KATHMANDU: DEC. 29 – Tottenham have been held to a draw in English Premier League football. Tottenham drew 1-1 with Southampton on Tuesday.

James Ward scored in the 25th minute to give Southampton the lead. Harry Kane scored from the penalty spot in the 41st minute to give Tottenham a 1-1 draw. Southampton were reduced to 10 men after Mohammed Salisu received a red card.

With this draw, Tottenham are sixth in the table with 30 points from 17 games. Crystal Palace beat Norwich City 3-0 and West Ham beat Watford 4-1 in the Premier League yesterday.
