Maoist General Convention to be extended for two more days
KATHMANDU: DEC. 28 – The ongoing eighth general convention of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) will be extended for two more days.
Maoist leader Devendra Poudel said that the conference was supposed to start but was later extended by two days considering the management aspect.
“Administratively, we started as a national conference. It took two days. As it will be two days longer, it has been decided to expand the program by talking about management issues in the relevant places, ”said Poudel.
Similarly, the presidium decided during its meeting on Tuesday to begin the closed session of the fourth day at one o’clock in the afternoon.
The General Convention, which began on Sunday, is already in its third day.
