Great victory for Manchester City

KATHMANDU: DEC. 27 – League leaders Manchester City have won the English Premier League. City beat Leicester City 6-3.

Raheem Sterling scored twice and Kevin de Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan and Aymeric Laporte all scored in City’s thrilling victory at the Etihad Stadium. Leicester’s James Maddison, Ademola Lookman and Kelechi Iheanacho all scored in the same match.

With this victory, the top-ranked City has reached 47 points from 19 games. Liverpool have 41 points from one game less. Defeated Leicester is in 10th place with 22 points.
