2 more deaths, 219 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours

ITAHARI: DEC. 26 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 219 people in Nepal on Sunday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 213 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 6 tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, two more person has died due to COVID-19, bringing the death toll to 11,585.

With the release of 283 infected people, altogether 810,780 people have been cured in Nepal so far.

Currently, there are 4,906 active and 114 serious cases in Nepal.
