Turnover of over Rs 5 billion as the market rose by 71 points

KATHMANDU: DEC. 26 – The stock market (NEPSE) index has increased by 71.20 points and reached 2591.42 on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

The Sensitive Index also rose by 5.38 points to 482.74 points.

A total of 86 lakh 1 thousand 9 hundred 56 shares of 231 companies traded at Rs 5.1732 billion on the day.

On this day, all sub-indicators except hydropower and finance have turned green.

Share prices of 15 companies have risen more than 10 percent on this day.
