Mega Bank revamps its MoBanking service with Omnichannel technology

ITAHARI: DEC. 26 – Mega Bank has converted its MoBanking service into an omnichannel service.

Customers of the bank will now be able to access the bank’s digital services on both app and web platforms as a result of the upgrade.

Furthermore, those who do not have a Mega Bank account can use the mobile cash service to withdraw cash, the mobile voucher to deposit their amount, the OTP mobile code to receive and transfer money, the mobile app to schedule appointments with bank employees, and many other services, according to the media statement.
