KATHMANDU: DEC. 25 – The Nepali Congress’s new Central Working Committee made five decisions at its first meeting.

General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa stated that the first meeting, held on Saturday at the party’s central office in Sanepa, decided to move forward by maintaining strong unity in the party following the general convention.

He also thanked Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Poudel for thanking all those who played a role in concluding the party’s general convention, using the signature of party president Sher Bahadur Deuba for the National Assembly election, updating the party’s registration with the Election Commission and registering the party for the National Assembly election, Thapa gave information.

The certificate was presented to officials and members of the 14th General Convention’s 134-member Central Working Committee on Saturday.
