Citizens Bank launches kiosk banking service

KATHMANDU: DEC. 24 – Citizens Bank has launched the KIOSK banking service to cater to the financial needs of its customers.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank, Ganesh Raj Pokhrel, said that the service is currently being provided from the Durbar Marg branch in Kathmandu Valley and will be extended to other branches of the bank in the near future.

Initially, customers will be able to view their bank account details, print bank account statements, deposit clearing checks, retrieve ATM and bank branch details through KIOSK without the assistance of bank employees, the bank said.

According to the bank, the service has been launched with the objective of providing financial services by adopting new technology and giving high priority to the health and safety of the employees and customers working in the bank.

Citizens Bank has so far been providing modern banking services to around 1.28 million customers from 174 branches, 123 ATMs and 88 branchless banking units across the country.
