Chandragiri Hills Limited calls AGM with these agendas

ITAHARI: DEC. 22 – Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29 (Jan 13). The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. that day in the company’s headquarters in Thankot.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorse the auditor’s report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
4) Elect a board member from the public shareholders.
5) Election of independent director.
6) Misc.

The book will be closed on Poush 16 (Dec. 31). As a result, shareholders who held shares prior to that date are eligible to attend the AGM.
