Sixth Annual General Meeting of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited Concluded

KATHMANDU: DEC. 21 – The sixth annual general meeting of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been concluded.

The meeting was held at the central office of the bank, Kaiser Mahal, Kathmandu.

The meeting has approved the report of the Board of Directors of the company for the fiscal year 2077/78, annual financial statements (balance sheet for Ashad 2078, profit and loss accounts for the fiscal year 2077/78 and also the schedules related to the annual financial statements).

The general meeting also approved the appointment of SMC Associates, Chartered Accountant as an auditor and their own remuneration for auditing the company for the fiscal year 2078/79, the bank said.
