Prabhu Capital in the share registrar of Pokhara Finance

KATHMANDU: DEC. 21 – Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of Pokhara Finance Limited.

An agreement has been reached between Pokhara Finance Limited and Prabhu Capital Limited to work related to the share registrar.

The agreement has been signed by Chief Executive Officer Ravi Chandra Gurung on behalf of Pokhara Finance and Chief Business Officer Basu Thapaliya on behalf of Prabhu Capital.

Pokhara Finance has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the share registrar with effect from Monday.

As the Registrar of Shares, Prabhu Capital has stated that it will keep records related to the securities trading of Pokhara Finance Limited, cancel the filing, transfer and block names and update the data of the shareholders.
