Bishwa Prakash reached Sitaula’s residence

KATHMANDU: DEC. 19 – Newly elected General Secretary of Nepali Congress Bishwa Prakash Sharma has met leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula. On Sunday, General Secretary Sharma reached Sitaula’s residence in Bishalnagar and met the leader.

According to the Sitaula Secretariat, during the meeting, Sitaula congratulated and blessed Sharma on his election as General Secretary. Sitaula had nominated Pradip Poudel from his panel for the post of General Secretary. But he was defeated.

Sharma and Gagan Kumar Thapa have become general secretaries after defeating Prakash Sharan Mahat, Minendra Prasad Rijal and other rivals along with Pradip.
