Kishor Singh elected Joint General Secretary on behalf of Khas Arya

KATHMANDU: DEC. 17 – Kishor Singh Rathore has been elected as the Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress. He defeated his nearest rival Devraj Chalise by 17 votes.

According to the Congress Central Election Committee, Kishor Singh won with 2,576 votes while Devraj got 2,559 votes.

Kishor Singh had nominated from the Deuba and Devraj had nominated from the Koirala panel.
