Century Commercial Bank to distribute dividends

KATHMANDU: DEC. 17 – Century Commercial Bank Limited is going to distribute a 6.05 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78.

The 352nd meeting of the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to distribute a 6.05 percent dividend of the paid-up capital.

The bank has decided to distribute bonus shares of 5.75 percent of the paid-up capital and 0.30 percent of the paid-up capital for tax purposes in Ashar 2078 BS.

The dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and approval of the next 11th annual general meeting of the bank.
