Dividend Declaration by Agriculture Development Bank

KATHMANDU: DEC. 17 – Agricultural Development Bank Limited has declared a 21 percent dividend.

The bank has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year’s profit.

The bank has announced to distribute a 20 percent bonus share of the existing paid-up capital and 1.9526 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

In addition, the Government of Nepal has announced to distribute a 6 percent annual cash dividend on the existing non-refundable preference share capital.
