Defense Minister Rijal submitted his resignation to PM
KATHMANDU: DEC. 16 – Minendra Prasad Rijal, the Defense Minister, has resigned from his position. Rijal, who had been nominated for the post of General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, resigned after falling behind in the vote count.
He submitted his resignation letter to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba in Singha Durbar.
