Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (RHPL) Calls AGM on Poush 26

ITAHARI: DEC. 16 – Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPL) has scheduled its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jan 10. Starting at 11 a.m. that day, the meeting would be broadcast virtually from the company’s venue in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorsement of financial reports since the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairperson.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.

There is also a special agenda regarding allowing the company to borrow more funds than the size of the paid-up capital and free reserves.

The book will be closed on Dec. 27. As a result, shareholders who held shares prior to that date are eligible to attend this AGM.

RHPL has an LTP of Rs. 335.10 as of this writing.
