Kulman reached Baluwatar to congratulate Deuba

KATHMANDU: DEC. 16 – Crowds have gathered to congratulate Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba on his re-election as president. A crowd has been gathering at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar since Wednesday.

Even today, there has been a line in Baluwatar to congratulate Deuba since this morning.

Meanwhile, Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority Kulman Ghising has also reached Baluwatar. He also congratulated Deuba for winning the presidency for the second time and wished him a successful tenure.

Deuba defeated Shekhar Koirala in the second phase of the election and was elected for the second term.
