KC unanimously elected chairperson of Maoist Karnali

SURKHET: DEC. 15 – Bimala KC has been chosen as the Karnali chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center). A meeting of 211 members of the Maoist center held on Wednesday elected KC as the chairperson.

Other office bearers are yet to be selected. On Tuesday, 211 members were unanimously chosen in Karnali’s first conference.

Chairperson KC was previously the Karnali Government’s Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning.
