Parliament meeting: UML still chanting slogans

KATHMANDU: DEC. 14 – The main opposition party UML has chanted slogans in the first meeting of the winter session of the House of Representatives starting today. As soon as the meeting started, UML started protesting.

UML-UML lawmakers have protested against the expulsion of lawmakers from the CPN-UML. They have insisted that the parliament cannot function without non-MPs.

However, Speaker Sapkota has been urging the people’s representatives not to be bound.
