254 infected, 234 recovered in past 24 hours in Nepal

ITAHARI: DEC. 12 – On Sunday, 254 persons in Nepal were confirmed to have infected the coronavirus.

Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 242 of 6,268 PCR tests and 12 of 2,414 antigen tests undertaken across the nation, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

At the same time, Nepal’s coronavirus infection rate has risen to 920,004.

Similarly, one more person has died as a result of the coronavirus, bringing the total number of deaths to 11,554.

In the meantime, 234 patients have returned home after fully healing from COVID-19.

According to the ministry, Nepal now has 5,890 active infected isolated cases and 95 under quarantine.
