236 new cases of coronavirus infection reported

ITAHARI: DEC. 11 – According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the country registered 236 new cases of coronavirus infection on Saturday. After testing 9,178 people, the recent number of coronavirus cases was confirmed.

In the past hour, 307 people recovered completely from the virus, bringing the total number of people who have recovered to 806,544. The current recovery rate is 97.9 percent.

According to the Ministry, the overall COVID-19 caseload was 823,908 from PCR testing and 95,770 from antigen tests.

The country presently has 5,883 active coronavirus cases, with 5,606 in-home isolation and 277 in institutional isolation.

According to the Ministry, 112 people are being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) and 27 others are on ventilator support.

A person has died as a result of a COVID infection in the last 24 hours. So far, 11,553 people have died as a result of coronavirus infection.

According to the Ministry, 266,988 people received the COVID immunization throughout the evaluation period.
