Free health camp of KMC in Dhulikhel, Kavre
KATHMANDU: DEC. 11 – Kathmandu Medical College at Sinamangal in Kathmandu has run a free health camp in Dhulikhel, Kavre.
The one-day camp has been conducted in collaboration with Dhulikhel Municipality Ward No. 2 Office, Dhulikhel Municipality Health Branch, Sarathi Foundation and Sarathi Multipurpose Cooperative Society.
Narayan Dahal, general manager of KMC, informed that 1,165 patients were given free health check-ups at the camp organized at the local Setidevi Secondary School.
Blood tests of 215 people, video X-rays of 160 people and ECG of 151 people have been done in the camp. Similarly, teeth of 35 patients have been opened.
At the camp, specialists from KMC’s General Medicine, Orthopedics and Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Pediatrics, Ear, Nose and Throat and Dental examinations were conducted.
