NIC Asia Laghubitta distributing 5.41% cash dividend to Bank Accounts

ITAHARI: DEC. 10 – NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has paid a cash dividend of 5.41 percent to its shareholders’ bank accounts.

The board of directors agreed on Ashoj 18  (Oct. 5 ) to award a 5.41 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

Given the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 1,73,94,40,000, the cash dividend is worth somewhat more than Rs. 9.41 crores.

In addition, the corporation has advised its stockholders to dematerialize their shares. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the company’s shares must provide a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when the loan was obtained.
