Manjushree Finance to pay 46 percent dividend

KATHMANDU: DEC. 10 – Manjushree Finance is going to pay a 46 percent dividend to the shareholders.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Finance held on Friday morning has decided to pay the dividend from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2077/78.

Manjushree Finance will give 40 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes) to the shareholders.

The shareholders will get the dividend after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the passing of the general meeting.
