Prabhu Bank Calls AGM, When’s the Book Closure for 12.63% Dividend?

ITAHARI: DEC. 10 – Prabhu Bank Limited has summoned it’s 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Poush 18. The meeting would begin at 11 a.m. that day in the bank’s headquarters office in Babar Mahal, Kathmandu.

Among other items on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 12.63 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 228th meeting of the board of directors, held on Kartik 23, resolved to give a dividend of Rs. 11.34 Arba on the paid-up capital.

There has been recommended a 12% bonus share worth Rs 1.36 Arab and a 0.63 percent cash dividend (for tax reasons).

Poush 04 is the book’s end date. As a result, shareholders who held shares prior to that date are entitled to the dividend distribution and are welcome to attend this AGM.

Prabhu Bank currently has an LTP of Rs 328.50.
