Prime Life Insurance convenes its 14th AGM; endorses 15.087% dividend and elects new board

ITAHARI: DEC. 9 – Prime Life Insurance has convened its 14th AGM on Dec. 8 under the leadership of its chairperson.

According to the media announcement, the AGM approved all financial reports and highlights from the previous fiscal year, as well as the board’s decision to distribute 15% bonus shares and 0.87 percent cash dividend for tax reasons.

According to the media announcement, the AGM also overwhelmingly elected a new board of directors for the firm, which consists of seven BoDs.
