Vaccination against coronavirus being carried out in valley
KATHMANDU: DEC. 9 – The first dosage of coronavirus vaccination will be administered in all three valley districts. The Ministry of Health and Population has announced that all citizens over the age of 18 would be vaccinated against coronavirus using Covishield, Vero Cell, and AstraZeneca at a designated vaccination center.
Vaccination centers have been set up at Armed Police Force Hospital Balambu, Shaheed Memorial Hospital Kalanki, Lotse Mall (New Bus Park), Birendra Sainik Hospital Camp, Nepal Police Hospital Maharajgunj, Bir Hospital and Vayodha Hospital Balkhu in Kathmandu.
Similarly, vaccination against coronavirus will be given at Shukraraj Tropical and Communicable Diseases Hospital Teku, Philanthropic Maternity and Gynecology Hospital Thapathali, Civil Servants Hospital Min Bhawan and Apex Polyclinic, Jadibuti, Koteshwor in Kathmandu.
Vaccination centers in Kathmandu and Lalitpur will be vaccinated free of cost from 10 am to 3 pm except on holidays. Similarly, vaccination will be given in Bhaktapur from 10 am to 3 pm.
