EDBL auctioning 27,257.2004 unclaimed right shares

ITAHARI: DEC. 8 – The ordinary shares of Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) are being auctioned. This is the portion of the rights offering that has yet to be claimed. The auction will begin on the 29th of Mangsir and end on the 7th of Poush in the year 2078.

A total of 27,257,042 shares will be auctioned. Individuals and institutions alike are welcome to participate in the auction. The auction’s minimum bid rate is Rs. 100.

The shares have no upper limit, despite the fact that the minimum bid amount is 100 units. Bidders can bid for the whole issue, however, they must adhere to the Nepal Rastra Bank’s guideline of not exceeding the specified number of shares per business. The auction manager has been appointed NIBL Ace Capital.
