Agreement to construct 12 storey commercial building worth Rs. 480 million in Hetauda
BAGMATI: DEC. 8 – On Wednesday, a deal was signed in Hetauda, the capital of Bagmati State, to develop a commercial building with a view tower for Rs. 479.3 million.
The Chief Administrative Officer of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Shivaraj Chaulagai and the manager of Baniya Construction Company Rishi Raj Baniya have signed an agreement for the construction of a building at Hupra Chaur in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan-4.
The agreement was reached in the presence of Hari Bahadur Mahat, chief of the Sub-Metropolitan. The 12-storey building is named as Hetauda Multipurpose Commercial Building. The building is said to be completed within three years. It is said that a commercial building with a watchtower will be constructed by demolishing the Basudev Assembly Hall on the south side of Hupra Chaur.
The building would be built on one bigha six kattha land, according to Sub-Metropolitan Engineer Satyanarayan Shah. On the sixth floor, there will be a commercial shutter and a lookout tower. On the occasion, Deputy Chief Mahat stated that the building will be finished on schedule and expressed confidence that it would contribute to the advancement of Hetauda’s dignity.
