Nepal Life Insurance launches Nepal Life Sammunat scheme
ITAHARI: DEC. 8 – Nepal Life Insurance Company has introduced the Nepal Life Sammunat Life program, which is aimed at working professionals who operate in high-risk professions with a high risk of accidents, fatalities, and permanent impairments.
Under this system, family members of workers who work in high-risk occupations would get three times the amount of insurance and gain a bonus in the event of the employee’s death.
According to the media announcement, anyone between the ages of 18 and 60 can be insured under this program, with the insurance duration ranging from five to thirty years and the insurance package ranging from Rs 50 thousand to Rs 1 crore maturing at the maximum age of 65.
In the event of the insured person’s death due to any other reason specified in the insurance’s terms and conditions, the insured person’s nominee will be eligible to receive double the insured amount as insurance compensation, including the accumulated bonus, whereas the receivable insurance amount will triple in the event of the insured person’s death due to the accidents specified in the insurance’s terms and conditions.
