Cholendra’s resignation will not improve judicary: Oli
KATHMANDU: DEC. 7 – According to UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli, CJ Rana’s resignation would not improve the judiciary. He told this to a team of lawyers who arrived at his home in Balkot on Tuesday. “I find it a little confusing,” Oli added.
However, Oli said that the UML has always been with the legal practitioners in the campaign for judicial reform. Noting that the lawyers have partially reformed the court, he said, “It must be completed.
