Rajendra Lingden exchanging happiness of victory [Photos]

KATHMANDU: DEC. 5 – Rajendra Lingden has been elected as the chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP).

Lingden defeated Kamal Thapa by a margin of 119 votes in the counting of votes held on Sunday morning.

According to the election committee, Lingden got 1817 votes and Thapa got 1618 votes. 431 votes were cast. After being elected, Lingden addressed the cadres at Bhrikuti Mandap.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairperson Lingden said that he would raise his voice in favor of democracy and the Hindu state including the king.
