Election process for the new leadership of RPP has begun [Photos]

KATHMANDU: DEC. 3 – The election process for the new leadership of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has begun. The election process for the new leadership of RPP has started as soon as the dispute over the voter list has been resolved.

The Election Committee of RPP has published the voter list of 4471 voters. According to the election committee, the time has been given till 11 o’clock to protest the claim. The final publication of the voter list will be done after the protest against the claim.

After that, the final voter list will be published. Candidate applications will be invited from 11:30 am on Friday and candidature registration will be done till 1:30 pm.

The Election Committee has given time till 5 pm to protest against the candidature and withdraw the candidature. After that, the final list of all the candidates will be made public at 5 o’clock.

The election committee has said that the polling will start on Saturday morning. Chairperson Kamal Thapa and leader Rajendra Lingden are vying for the leadership of RPP along with a panel of four Vice-Chairperson and three general secretaries.
