KMC’s free health camp in Bhubaneswari
KATHMANDU: DEC. 3 – A one-day free health camp has been conducted in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 14 Bhubaneswari.
The camp was organized by the network in collaboration with Kathmandu Medical College and Ward Office at Sinamangal in Kathmandu on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Nepal FM Network.
General Manager of the hospital Narayan Dahal informed that KMC specialist doctors conducted free health check-ups of 665 patients at the camp. During the treatment in the camp, a blood test of 171 patients has been done.
A heart test (ECG) has been performed on 150 people suspected of having heart problems. Similarly, a video X-ray of 135 patients has been done to identify stomach problems.
Teeth have been extracted in the camp of 15 patients who had to be extracted due to dental problems. Patients from the area around Bhubaneswari had come to the camp for treatment.
