‘Movement collapses when power is concentrated in one person’
CHITWAN: NOV. 29 – UML Deputy General Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal has said that all power is concentrated in the party. Bhusal expressed his views after giving his candidature for the post of vice-chairperson in the morning under the party’s 10th general convention in Sauraha, Chitwan.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the responsibility given to Chairperson KP Sharma Oli to select the leaders from the General Convention, Bhusal said, “Why not give it to me?” It should be written in the constitution. ‘
He said that the movement would collapse when all the power was concentrated in the people. Referring to Gonzalo’s case, he said, “When power is concentrated in one person in a political party, the movement and principles that the party has been raising are destroyed.”
