Partial Professor Rai passes away

KATHMANDU: NOV. 28 – Mohan Raj Rai, a partial professor of Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus, has passed away. Rai, who was teaching at the Rural Development Department of Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus, passed away on Sunday.
He had been suffering from lung cancer for long days. He was receiving treatment at Bir Hospital. Rai is an honest and conscientious professor and his absence will always haunt the department, said Nawaraj Bhattarai, Head of the Department of Rural Development, Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus.
Rai of Okhaldhunga was also the Acting Campus Head of G.P. Koirala Memorial College, Kathmandu.
Rai is survived by his wife and son.
