Calling a closed session at 7 pm is a sign of rigging: Rawal
KATHMANDU: NOV. 28 – CPN-UML Vice-Chairperson Bhim Rawal said that the closed session convened at 7 pm without any institutional discussion was a sign of rigging.
On Twitter, Rawal said that the announcement of the meeting at 7 pm without any institutional discussion was not only undemocratic but also a sign of rigging.
“It is not only undemocratic but also a sign of rigging to make the delegates stranded without holding a meeting all day and to issue a notice to hold a meeting at 7 pm without any institutional discussion,” he wrote.
Leader Rawal said that it would hurt the politics of competition under people’s multi-party democracy.
