Nepal reports 158 new COVID-19 cases, 2 deaths
KATHMANDU: NOV. 28 – Another 158 coronavirus infections were confirmed in Nepal on Sunday.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the infection was confirmed in 158 out of 6,604 PCRs and 2,314 antigen tests conducted across the country.
At the same time, the total number of infected people has reached 820,878, according to the ministry.
A total of 342 infected people have been cured and the number of cured people across the country has reached 82,389.
Of the infected, 6,966 are actively infected, according to the ministry.
Two infected people have died due to coronavirus. So far, the death toll from coronavirus infection has reached 11,523.
At present, 98 people are in quarantine, 171 in ICU and 33 in ventilator, according to the ministry.
