Congress General Convention: Shyam Krishna Sangat unanimously in Kathmandu-4

KATHMANDU: NOV. 24 – Shyam Krishna Sangat has been elected as the president of the Nepali Congress Kathmandu Constituency No. 4 from the regional convention. Despite being voted for other posts, he was unanimously elected chairman.

The constituency belongs to Congress central member and MP Gagan Thapa. Election Officer Krishnanath Sharma informed that counting of votes is underway for other office bearers, members and delegates besides the chairperson. There are a total of 307 voters in the constituency.
