Maoist Rupendehi in-charge Banjade dies in road accident

BUTWAL: NOV. 24 – CPN-Maoist central member Ram Prasad Banjade (Tankmani) has died in a motorcycle accident. The bus (Na 7 Kha 906) coming from east to west hit the motorcycle (Lu 26 Pa 5898) of Banjade last night and injured him.

According to Nirmal GC, coordinator of the CPN-Maoist Center, Rupendehi, he died at 6 am on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at Lumbini City in Butwal.

The accident took place at Butwal Jeetgadhi while he was returning from a meeting in Dang. Banjade, who is also the chairman of the Martyrs’ Memorial Foundation Butwal, is in-charge of the Maoist center in Rupendehi.
