Former Vice President of NSC Sherpa passes away

KATHMANDU: NOV. 24 – Former Vice President of National Sports Council (NSC) Lama Tendi Sherpa has passed away. According to family sources, former Vice President Sherpa died at the age of 50 at around 3 am on Wednesday.

Sherpa, who has been unwell for the past three years, was suffering from a veins illness.

Sherpa, who is also the former president of Amrit Science Campus, is the former general secretary of Nepal Olympic Committee and Nepal Sports Federation and former president of Nepal Basketball Association.
