An investigation into Patanjali’s TV station has begun, report to be submitted tomorrow

KATHMANDU: NOV. 21 – The Department of Information and Broadcasting has started an investigation into whether the two television channels of Patanjali Yogpeeth inaugurated in Nepal have obtained permission to broadcast.

Director-General of the Department Gogan Bahadur Hamal informed Makalu Khabar that a four-member study committee has been formed under the coordination of the technical director of the department to investigate the issue.

Hamal informed that the committee has already started its work and the study report will be submitted by tomorrow.

The two TV channels were inaugurated by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
