Passport distribution postponed in Kaski

POKHARA: NOV. 21 – The District Administration Office, Kaski has decided not to accept the passport form from today (Sunday). Passport distribution in Kaski has been postponed as the Passport Department is now preparing to distribute passports through an electronic system.

The issuance of an electronic passport (e-passport) has been started from November 17. The District Administration Office, Kaski, has issued a statement asking the people not to collect the forms from Sunday until further notice.

“The department has started issuing e-passports from November 17 and will soon start issuing e-passports from the district administration office and designated area office,” the notice said. Please do not collect the form now. ‘Lekhnath Area Administration Office has been established in Kaski along with the district administration.
