KATHMANDU: NOV. 20 – Partial to moderate change is taking place in Kathmandu Valley and other parts of the country. Due to the partial effect of the low-pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea is also seen in Nepal, it is changing all over the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, Department of Water and Meteorology, there is a possibility of rain and light snow in a few places in the high hills and mountains. Due to this, the temperature has risen all over the country including the valley.

According to Nirajan Sapkota, senior meteorologist of the department, the effect of the system will gradually improve from noon on Sunday. Partly to moderate cloud cover is expected in most parts of the country during this period and light snow is expected in some parts of the high hills and mountains. “There is no possibility of heavy rain,” he said.
