RPP postponed the general convention again
KATHMANDU: NOV. 19 – Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has postponed the date of its general convention again. A meeting of party presidents Pashupati Shamsher Rana, Prakash Chandra Lohani and Kamal Thapa has decided to postpone the general convention.
A statement issued by Central Secretariat Chiefs Bhaskar Bhadra and Dhurva Bahadur Pradhan states that the General Convention has been postponed. Earlier, RPP had decided to hold the general convention from November 27 to 29. Now, the general convention is scheduled to be held on December 1, 2 and 3.
Similarly, RPP has also changed the date of selection of delegates to the General Convention on Thursday. There was a schedule to select the delegates to the General Convention from 19 to 21 November. RPP is preparing to select the delegates for the General Convention on November 22, 23 and 24 by manipulating it.
